Withdraw from a BOOM service

For services bought online from BOOM — the Amsterdam and Madrid desks and the Rome Pacchetto canone concordato among them. You have 14 days from the day you paid; you don't need to give a reason.

How it works

Send us the form below, or any clear statement that you withdraw, by email to hello@boom-rome.com before the 14 days end. The day you paid does not count, and a period ending on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday runs to the end of the next working day.
We refund within 14 days of receiving it, to the card you paid with.
If you asked us to start before the 14 days ended (with “Start now” at checkout, or later in writing), we deduct only the part of the work already done, in proportion to the price. Once the service is fully performed, the right to withdraw ends.
