Boom Market weather
Rome · updated daily

How fast is Rome renting right now?

The weather report of Rome's rental market, zone by zone: what homes are asking per m², how many days a home takes to rent, and how many price cuts landed in the last month. Measured on listings BOOM tracks across portals — and on homes proven gone, not guessed.

In brief
  • Numbers load below — each zone shows the median asked €/m² with its 25th–75th percentile band, the median days-to-rent, and the price cuts of the last 30 days.
  • Days-to-rent counts only listings verified as gone — never assumptions.
  • A zone below the minimum sample shows no numbers at all: it is listed as “still measuring”.

How it's measured

Asked €/m² is the median of live listings in the zone, with the 25th–75th percentile band shown as the bar — the real spread, not a single average.

Days-to-rent (absorption) is the median lifespan of listings that are proven gone: a home counts only when its listing has verifiably disappeared, in a 270-day window. A blocked check or an ambiguous page never counts as a rental.

Price cuts counts listings in the zone whose price dropped in the last 30 days.

Sources: rental listings BOOM tracks across the major portals plus its own catalog, aggregated per zone every morning. Zones with fewer data points than the minimum sample are never scored — a median over three listings would be noise dressed as a number. This page republishes aggregates only: never individual listings, sources or contacts.
