Are your fees grant-eligible and invoiceable?

Yes. BOOM (Egidi Immobiliare S.r.l., P.IVA 17322991005) issues proper VAT invoices that fit relocation/mobility allowance and institutional relocation budgets under ERC, Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA), Horizon Europe and PNRR. We can invoice the researcher or the institution.

Our researchers are on fixed-term contracts — is that a problem for landlords?

No. We work with landlords used to mid-term, fixed-period stays and structure the lease accordingly, so a 2–4 year grant is not an obstacle.

Can you help a researcher relocating with family?

Yes. Our Family Landing package adds a school shortlist, family settling-in and partner support, so the whole household lands smoothly.

Can a fellow secure housing before arriving in Italy?

Yes. Remote video viewings and a refundable hold let a researcher lock a verified apartment from abroad, with keys ready on arrival.

Is the institutional partnership really free?
