Does partnering cost the university or our students anything?
Becoming a partner is free, with no exclusivity. Browsing apartments and applying is free for students. Students only pay if they choose an optional paid service — for example a €89 remote video viewing — and even that is entirely their choice.
Is BOOM a legitimate, registered company?
Yes. BOOM is operated by Egidi Immobiliare S.r.l. (P.IVA 17322991005), based in Rome. Every rental uses a legal contract with a properly handled, protected deposit.
Can students secure housing before they arrive in Italy?
Yes. Remote live video viewings plus a refundable hold let a student lock a verified apartment from their home country, before flying to Rome.
What neighbourhoods and budgets do you cover?
