Do you invoice companies with VAT?
Yes. BOOM is operated by Egidi Immobiliare S.r.l. (P.IVA 17322991005) and issues proper VAT invoices — one consolidated invoice across multiple relocations if you prefer.
Can you relocate an employee before they arrive in Italy?
Yes. Remote live video viewings plus a refundable hold let an employee secure a verified apartment from their home country, so keys are ready on day one.
Do you handle Italian bureaucracy?
Yes — the Full Relocation package covers codice fiscale, residence/permesso guidance, utilities and a bank account introduction, all in English.
