02 The timing When should I book the Remote Move Pack? 4–8 weeks before you land
Four to eight weeks out.
September fills first.
Once you send a shortlist, the first live viewing is usually scheduled within 48 hours. Book earlier if you are arriving in September: that is when Rome's good supply disappears fastest, and no service can conjure a flat that is already gone.

We point you to live listings — from the portals and from BOOM's own verified homes — and the viewings and contract work then apply to whichever homes you pick. If you would rather we ran the whole hunt, that is Property Finding, and it is a different product.

is refunded.
If an advertiser is unreachable and the visit cannot happen, that part comes back. And if you rent one of BOOM's own homes, the €299 is credited toward your agency fee.
